Product Designerat Seedling

Dear Seedling Team, I'm applying for the Product Designer role. I believe product design is the practice of reducing friction between people and their goals — and I've spent the last four years doing exactly that for a range of B2C and B2B products. At my current company, I was the only designer for 18 months, owning the full product from research to polish. I shipped 6 major features, ran bi-weekly design critiques with engineering, and grew the design system from 40 to 180 components. Product velocity doubled in that period, partly because I invested deeply in reducing handoff friction.
