Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how refunds work at JobKit.
1. Subscriptions (Monthly & Yearly)
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support@job-kit.app. When you cancel:
- Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
- If you request a refund within 7 days of your most recent charge and have not made significant use of paid features during that period, we will issue a full refund.
- Refund requests made more than 7 days after a charge are handled on a case-by-case basis.
2. Job Search Passes (One-Time, Time-Bound)
Job Search Passes grant time-limited access to Pro features (30, 90, or 180 days). Because these are immediately activated:
- Refund requests made within 7 days of purchase — and before significant use — are eligible for a full refund.
- After 7 days or significant use, refunds are not typically available.
3. Interview Practice Session Packs
Session Packs are consumable credits. Refund eligibility depends on usage:
- If you have used 0 sessions from the pack, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
- If sessions have been used, a partial refund may be available at our discretion.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email support@job-kit.app with:
- Your account email address
- The product or charge you would like refunded
- The reason for your request
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by our payment provider and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank before contacting us, your account and any associated entitlements may be suspended while the dispute is resolved. We strongly encourage reaching out to us first so we can resolve the issue directly.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. The effective date is noted at the top of this page.
